What is DBT?
Dialectical Behavior Therapy, or DBT, incorporates individual, group and coaching services as aspects of the model that make this treatment most effective. The DBT approach uses structured modules to improve emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness and distress tolerance. Clients also learn to enhance their ability to be mindful in order to utilize the strategies in the moment.
DBT is offered both in the office and via video telehealth in order to make the program accessible to all.
